01Policy
Booking & payment
- A booking is confirmed once an advance payment is received. The balance is settled at check-in.
- Accepted payment modes (UPI, bank transfer or cash) are shared by our team once your dates are confirmed.
- Room and tent categories carry a minimum guest count; dormitory bookings carry a minimum group size. These are confirmed at the time of enquiry.
02Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Cancellations made well ahead of the check-in date are eligible for a refund of the advance paid, less any payment-processing charges.
- Cancellations made close to the check-in date, and no-shows, are generally not eligible for a refund of the advance.
- Date changes are accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Message our team as early as you can if your plans change.
03Policy
Check-in requirements
- All adult guests are required to carry and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Check-in is from 12:30 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are offered when the schedule allows.
04Policy
On the property
- Outside food and alcohol are not permitted on the property. Meals are prepared in-house; dietary requests can be shared in advance.
- Quiet hours apply late in the evening out of consideration for other guests and the surrounding wildlife.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, tents or shared property during their stay, chargeable at cost.
05Policy
Activities & safety
- Water and adventure activities (the waterfall walk, kayaking, the water zip line) are weather-dependent and may be modified or paused for guest safety.
- Children must be supervised by a guardian at all times during outdoor and water activities.
- Guests with medical conditions that could be affected by trekking or water activities should inform our team in advance.
